This site should work for everyone who needs to use it

Our target, how we test against it, what we know is not there yet, and how to tell us. Reviewed 11 September 2026.

Standard

aipros.us is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the level most public-sector and enterprise procurement policies reference, and it is the one we hold ourselves to.

What that means in practice

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
  • Headings, landmarks and form labels are structured so screen readers can navigate the page and understand each control.
  • Text and controls meet the AA contrast ratio on both light and dark sections.
  • Motion on the site respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting.
  • The site is usable at 400% zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative photographs are hidden from assistive technology.

How we test

Every deployment is checked with automated audits, and the current site scores 100 on the accessibility audit of Google Lighthouse on every page. Automated tools catch only part of what matters, so keyboard navigation and screen-reader flow are reviewed by hand when a page is added or redesigned.

Known limitations

  • The on-site assistant is a live chat panel. It is keyboard-operable and announces new replies, but a conversation with an AI is easier to follow in a screen reader when messages are short. If it gets in the way, every answer it gives is also reachable through the site's pages or by contacting us.
  • Case-study photographs are illustrative and described as such; they do not carry information that is not in the text.

Report a barrier

If anything on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, tell us at [email protected] or 954 235 2316. Say which page and what happened. We answer within five business days and fix what we can on the next deployment.
