How we respond to an RFP
Send the RFP or a one-page brief
Either works. We confirm within two business days whether the scope is something we would take on, and say so plainly if it is not.
Security and vendor review first
We answer your questionnaire and provide the documents below before pricing, so neither side invests in a proposal that cannot clear your gates.
Fixed-price proposal
Each of the four engagement stages is priced separately. You can stop after any of them and keep what was produced.
Contracting on your paper or ours
Most programs run on the client's master agreement with a statement of work per stage. Redlines are normal.
Invoicing
Each engagement stage is invoiced against its statement of work, with payment terms agreed in the contract. Managed operations are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices go to the address on your vendor form and reference your purchase order where you use one.
